30-Day Outage-Ready™

Reopen in Hours-Not Days!

A guided, one-month sprint that closes your top downtime gaps with simple weekly steps; no new software, no jargon.

Who this is for….?

If a short outage or a missed delivery can disrupt your revenue or throw off your schedule, this sprint is for you: clinics, dental practices, restaurants, professional offices, and service trades.

What you get

  • A six-area snapshot of your resilience (leadership, risk/finance, operations, communication/tech, people, improvement).

  • A prioritized 30-day plan focused on your top gaps.

  • Weekly 25-minute check-ins to keep momentum.

  • Ten-minute actions you and your team can actually do.

  • Templates: outage message, vendor quick-contacts, single-point-of-failure workaround, mini “first-hour” card.

  • One live rehearsal (table-top, 20 minutes) near the end of the sprint.

  • A one-page “Reopen Fast” guide you can hand to staff.

How it works (4 steps)

  1. Two minute mini-assessment to spot your top gap.

  2. Kickoff call (30 minutes): confirm scope, pick weekly meeting time, set the first two actions.

  3. Four weekly sprints (25 minutes each): do one domain at a time with ten-minute fixes.

  4. Light rehearsal + wrap-up: confirm your “first-hour” plan and next 60-day priorities.

Scope for this 30-Day Sprint

This sprint focuses on one priority area from our six-part resilience snapshot (leadership, risk/finance, operations, communication/tech, people, or improvement). We’ll finish that area end-to-end in 30 days.

Want to go further? You can add future sprints (now or later) to cover the remaining areas at a pace that fits your calendar and budget.

Outcomes in 30 days

(In Plain English)

  • Clear decision path with coverage (for your chosen focus area). We’ll work together to identify who decides, who calls, who closes, and who communicates, plus two trained alternates per critical role so you’re never stuck.

  • One-tap quick-contacts card (for the people tied to this area). Utility outage line, top supplier escalation, property manager/landlord—shared to the phones of the people who need it.

  • Ready-to-send outage message (aligned to this area) for Your crisis communications plan. A 160-character update you can paste into SMS, your site banner, and Facebook in under a minute.

  • Workaround for a single-point-of-failure (completed now), with the next two targets queued. If you opt for the ongoing plan—or schedule a follow-on sprint—we’ll keep knocking these down month by month.

  • Monthly “resilience huddle” started in the sprint. We schedule it and run the first 15-minute huddle during your 30 days, with a simple tracker. After that, you can keep it monthly on your own, or I can host it for you as part of an optional Monthly Tune-Up.

  • One-page “Reopen Fast” guide specific to this focus area for your team’s first hour of a significant disruption.

Pricing and Next Steps

We’ll discuss pricing on our first call and tailor it to your scope, pace, and sites. Most clients start with one 30-Day Sprint focused on a single area, then add future sprints as needed.

FAQ About Outage Ready in 30 Days ™

Can we tackle more than one area in a month?

We recommend one area per sprint so the work actually gets done. For larger teams, we can run two parallel sprints if they have different owners.

Can you send pricing by email?

I tailor pricing to scope (size, sites, and pace). The first call is where we confirm those details so I can quote accurately—no surprises.

What if our budget is tight right now?

We’ll start with one sprint on your highest-impact area and plan follow-on sprints at a pace that fits. You can add the Monthly Tune-Up later if you want help keeping momentum.

Do we need a long contract?

No. Sprints are month-to-month. Continue only if it’s helping.
